Excellent service

I don't often have pleasant things to say about cell centres. But I've recently used the Vodacom call centre to upgrade two of my packages. What I really liked was that: 1) The process was painless; 2) the wait was not excessive; 3) the line was clear; 4) the staff were friendly and helpful; and 5) I got the packages I was looking for.

It did help that I already knew what I wanted to get, rather than going options over the phone. But nonetheless, I'm very happy.
