Excellent Service

Vodashop Clearwater Mall - Meketsi. I arrived at the store at around 14:30. I had phoned Meketsi earlier in the morning to find out if they had stock. They had 1 in stock. I asked him to keep it for me. I walked and was helped almost immediately. He was on the phone all the time from consultant to consultant, phone call after phone call. I must add that each phone call takes around 15-20 minutes to be answered. He was using 2 phones at the same time! He was told that it would take 24-48 hrs to cancel my order. Wednesday 29th, 15:51, 39 min 32 sec. FINALLY Kaylee help me cancel my order after checking for stock, contacting the warehouse. She held my call, never put down or transferred me. She was wonderful!! Thank you Kaylee!! Meketsi was so patient all the time. I left the store at 17:00 with my phone . Thank you Meketsi and Kaylee. I am once again happy with Vodacom after 23 years!
