What an Awesomeness service from Shannon Skipper ,She has got great attitude , Telephone etiquette.. she understood my query and assisted me accordingly as I was struggling with my device for almost 5hours after I switch over from contract to prepaid .<br> <br> in her department(Prepaid customer service ) we really need people with great attitude to assist desperate customers like myself .<br> <br> Thumb up to her !!!
