<p>I went to the Vodacom Shop in Brooklyn Mall to upgrade to a new phone and Theo provided us with excellent service. He was quick, dilligent and willing to stay after his shift time to assist us. I had my new phone and all the necessary documents in less than half an hour. It was refreshing to recieve such friendly and quick service. Thank you!</p>
