Excellent Service

Getting good customer service these days is very rare therefore i would like to acknowledge the excellent service i received from Adrianne in the Online Sales division of Vodacom. On 2 previous occasions when i called enquiring on a contract i app**** for, the service was very bad and i was close to cancelling my application. However after speaking to Adrianne on the 14th May i decided to go ahead with my application. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the processes and going the extra mile. 15 Minutes after speaking to her i received a response via email that my application was approved, after having waited for almost a week with no response. We need more customer service agents like you Adrianne, well done and keep it up.
