I want to praise the customer service excellence of Ms. Bongiwe Sabela From Vodacom Fiber Retentions. I must say I was very upset with Vodacom service for the continuous fiber downtown time as I work from home and have to purchase prepaid data each month. Bongi is the very first consultant to understand my frustration and was able to calm me down and assist...
