After posting my complaint on Hello Peter - I was contacted by Dean one of their consumer website team. What a delightful man - friendly, efficient and patient. Not only did he listen to my story with patience, but was able to immediately sorted out the problem. I would like to thank Dean by giving him a 10 star rating (10 out of 10) for his people skills, his efficiency and his good humour. Thank you Dean and thank you to the Vodacom Consumer Website Team.
