I was ready to give up on Vodacom until my query landed with Smangele Mthembu. Smangele is professional, friendly and very skilled and well informed about the product which enabled her to assist me with my query. I thank her and strongly recommend that Vodacom use her as a leading example of what their customer service should be all about. I guarantee that if all of the employees were half as efficient as Smangele, Vodacom would increase that customer satisfaction greatly. Thank you Smangele.
