<p>I contacted Vodacom by email to request information on how to cancel a 3G contract amd was called soon thereafter by Sonia Rudolph who actioned the cancellation for me over the phone. I wasn't expecting to be able to process the cancellation in a realtime environment and it was so great to get it sorted out so quickly and easily.
