Excellent experience
I would really go out of my way to thank Tamara from the cancellations/ upgrades department. Her service was outstanding and really this can be the norm of service delivery. She assisted me not only with my original request but also provided me a tailored package with Vodacom which really suits my needs a lot more than before.
