EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM TUMELO

<p>In December I purchased a new cell phone. Only to find out that it has 2 sim cards. I visited the Vodacom Customer Care at Eastgate in order to do a sim swop so that i could still use my old number. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. The only problem was that he had set up all the apps on the sim that i was not going to use. I mean really why would i do a sim swop...The phoned worked, however on Christmas Day i was unable to use Whatsapp on my old number, and none of my applications worked. I had called the call centre (free call from my cell phone) like well over ten times, and every agent told me a different story. I still did not give up when i last spoke to Tumelo, not sure of his surname, but his managers name is Thabile Makhomth. Tumelo was the only bright spark who had realised immediately what the problem was and discovered why i could not use Whatsapp, etc. In under ten minutes i was all sorted out and could finally send and receive all my Christmas messages. My Christmas morning was the most horrible morning, cause i could not do anything with my new phone. Tumelo was my lifesaver and Thank God he assisted me at the right time. All the agents that i spoke to asked me to switch off the phone, remove the sim, etc etc, i was really so frustrated. I think Vodacom needs more people like Tumelo. You are an absolute star Tumelo and you really know your job very well.</p>
