Excellent customer service from Kyle

This morning I received some really excellent customer service from Kyle who was assisting me with the upgrade of my cell phone contract. He knows his job 100%, he was able to check the availability of sock for the phone I was looking for, he checked when stock would be available and assured me I would receive a call when my phone was ready for deliver .He explained those long Ts and Cs very clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though the iPhone6 I was looking for is currently out of stock I am happy with the service I received and hopefully I'll have my phone very soon. Excellent work, keep it up.
