Excellent customer service

I would like to thank Roderique Lategan from Vodacom customer care service that went out of his way to fix an error I had for a few years, which could not be resolved and I eventually gave up. But I tried again and this gentleman assisted me, keeping in the loop all the time. Thank Mr Lategan, I really appreciate you. This kind of service is rare these days! Keep up the good work!
