Excellent Customer Service by Hloni from Vodacom

<p>I had an issue with migrating to a different package on Vodacom. Unfortunately the first attempt was unsuccessful in terms of migrating to the incorrect package, however I received fantastic service and mitigating action from Hloni who telephonically assisted me. He was able to assist in migrating to the correct package and to mitigate the initial mistake with persistence from his side. At some point during the call we were cut off, however he contacted me again to finalise the matter. Unfortunately for him I was unable to rate his service, because that option was not available (due to the fact that he phoned me back).</p> <p>I would therefore just like to thank Hloni for his super and efficient assistance and I would rate his service 10 out of 10.</p> <p>Trust that this message and rating will reach him.</p>
