Excellent Customer Service
I called Vodacom to cancel a contract and was assisted by Mduduzi Vilakazi at the Vodacom Direct Randburg. Not only did he painlessly process the cancellation but also upgraded my two other contracts that come due in April. He answered all my questions and queries including comparing smartphone devices so that I can have the best deal. He really went above and beyond. Ive been with Vodacom for more then 20 years and today I was reminded again why.

My upgrade has still not been done this after countless telephone calls and many promises. I'm at the stage where I just want to cancel my contract but apparently this cannot be done either as I have "recently upgraded". An upgrade that has not taken effect.
Pleased sort out this mess Vodacom.
