Excellent customer service
I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received from Kgomotso. I had an issue with accessing the internet. Kgomotso was patient with and me guided me step by step on what to do to resolve this issue. What impressed me the most was that she was constantly following up with me to check if the issue is resolved. She is simply amazing, I am “Wow’d” by this level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
