Excellent customer service

I tried transferring my contract to the business since November 2019. Was sent from one department to another. Initially was told that it would take 30 days. After 30 days I contacted Vodacom and they referred me to Centravoice. Here I was told that it would take another 30 days as Vodacom has not started the process correctly. After 30 days Centravoice told me that I had to wait for my existing contract to run until it's termination date. Out of frustration, I visited my local Vodacom shop. I spoke to Quinton, he asked me to email all my documents to him. 2 Days later I visted the shop again, but Quinton was not available. A very friendly young lady Melanique Van Wyk proceeded to assist me. Even though she could not find my emailed documents on the system, she promised me that I would not leave the store without my new device and the transfer of my contract. This lady went out of her way to assist me and kept true to her word. My contract was transferred and I walked out of their store with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Well done Melanique. You are a true example of what excellent customer service should be in a society where we deem service to customers as a favour to the customer. Because of you, I will always come back to YOUR store for my upgrades. Thank you once again
