Excellent Customer Service

I'd like to say thank you to Vodacom for what they have done for me regarding the contract cancellation that was logged previously, One of their team memebers called and reassured me that the matter will be resolved. Cancellations were loaded on the 2 contracts and credits were processed for both contacts for January invoices as promised.
