Excellent customer service
Hi. I've been dealing with Ashley Payle for a while now. He has a very good core and work ethic, this is someone who is passionate on what he does, he has empathy. This gentleman ticks all the boxes for me. He knows how to deal a complaint and makes it his sole responsibility to see it through. Talk about stewardship. Vodacom, you have a gem, an ambassador so to speak and please look after him and renumerate him fairly, he deserves it. If you will read this Ashley, thank you for everything sir. Keep on raising the bar.
