Excellent Customer Service.
I would like to thank Kathy Jones for assisting me with Port Inn after I struggled a lot for a month with porting in my number from MTN to Vodacom. She went an extra mile by making follow up that my number has been ported in successfully. She provided an excellent customer service. Thank you Kathy Jones.
