Excellent customer service
Apart from the frustration with the auto bot "Tobi" it took a couple of days for my query to be sorted out, The following day I started the web chat and Lance Brown assisted me, must say he was patient enough for me to test and explained what the previous consultant could not explain, Lance knows the product and sorted out my query instantly. We need consultants like Lance in the customer service environment as they make the company look good.
