EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had my contract renewed/upgrade. I was assisted by a staff member name Bryan. he was very friendly and professional .He must have been a trainee, as there was another consultant sitting next to him, answering he's questions and advising him where to go on the PC, what to press,what to do, etc.<br> I did not get the lady's name who was training him but I was amazed at how patient and polite she was as she explained clearly ,answering he's every question. <br> Being a trainer in customer myself, I would like to commend these staff members for their EXCELLENT service, not only to me as a client but also at how professionally they treated each other as colleagues.
