Excellent customer service

I was impressed with the level of service I have received from Vodacom Shop at Forest Hill on Tuesday, the 14th April 2015. I bought my laptop package from the store few months back and all of a sudden my battery charger stopped working. I went to the store because of warranty, and unfortunately it was late as the Lenovo call centre closed and the Manager Katlego went the extra mile by offering to charge my laptop in the meantime and gave me Lenovo 's numbers to call who will then advise where I should drop the charger that isn't working. I was impressed with the fact that she listened attentively to my problem and didn't just say sorry I can't help is not within our operational mandate. She even tested to establish if is indeed a charger problem or the problem is with my laptop. We often very quick to complain when we receive a bad service, but I must say I was touched on how she shown interest on my problem and willing to help. Big UP to the Forest Hill Vodacom shop. What an excellent customer service attitude. Keep it up, because surely in future when I want a Vodacom products & services, I'll definitely think of them. The account is in my Wife 's name. Thank a lot once again!
