Excellent Customer Care - Monique

I had a problem with a data bundle that was not loaded. I spoke to Monique at Customer Care. She could assist me in my mother tongue, Afrikaans, and was very ftiendly, helpful and efficient. When the line went dead, she called me back. She also promised to call me back the next day to hear if the data had been loaded. She did call me back which means she is a trustworthy person. She then escalated my query and it was speedily resolved. I am very impressed with Vodacom for appointing such excellent Customer Care representatives and their techincal department for resolving my problem in a few hours.
