Last year I needed to upgrade my phone. I had a problem cancelling one of my accounts. I was referred to Asanda Dlavana, who assisted me in no time at all to sort out the confusion, and then referred Litha Dlelembe to me to help decide on the phone I wanted for my upgrade. I explained to Litha what I needed and received such good assistance that when my husband needed to upgrade this year, I contacted Asanda again and asked if Litha could assist my husband. Litha called my husband within a few minutes, and quickly provided all the information my husband needed to make his choice. What impressed me about both Asanda and Litha, was their professionalism, their knowledge about the products and what was possible, their friendliness and their patience - in short, quality customer care.
