Excellent Contract Renewal process: Vodacom is much better than MTN.

Contract renewal process is transparent and depends on an explicit verification by SMS of the terms agreed. In the end I wanted to change things back and there was no problem. Coincidentally I also had to renew a contract with MTN at the same time. Completely different and very unpleasant experience (also here on Hello Peter) . With MTN there is no review option and it is impossible to get any record of what was agreed. Also, unlike MTN, they carry on with a discounted contract on a month-to-month basis without immediately switching to much higher "regular" charges without permission.
