Excellent Consumerism

It gives me great pleasure to complement an employee namely: Soneni Banoa from the Eastgate Vodacom store. Her excellence in every possible way was exordinary. She expressed enormous intellengence by passing on good advice regarding my IPhone and keeping uptodate on repairs done to the phone. On numerous occasions I would receive a telephone call in that regard for updates and so forth. Her mannerism was exceptional and she has definitely gone "the extra mile" in assisting will my phone. I do believe her name should be noted and I feel she is an asset to the Vodacom network.
