Excellent Client service by Dineo Ranjapdi

I called vodacom customer care to get assistance with my new contract router and I was assisted by Dineo Ranjapdi, her humbleness n patience is out of this world. She knows her client service, she really does treat clients fairly. She went thru an extra mile to assist me and I'm Thankful to her. We need more vodacom agents to learn from her. My loyalty still remains with Vodacom for the service she gave me. I'm honestly happy with the interaction. Big Ups!!
