Excellent Call Centre Agent service-Tebogo
The review I posted earlier from 2018 is still a persistent issue.
THANK YOU to Tebogo from the Call Centre who was patient and committed to resolving the issue with me. I hope Vodacom recognises that they need more people like her to ensure excellent Customer Service.
