Excellent and outstanding service

Good day I recently complained about the poor service I received from the cancellation department and within a few days I received feedback from Zintle Joni. She contacted me and told me exactly has escalated the matter and the manager in the department will call me. She has called me everyday to follow up and find out if I received any update or feedback. I honestly appreciate the service I received from her and wish that the other members who mistreated me can learn from her on how to treat customers.
