When i submitted a complain regarding my Vodacom Phone insurance last week, you were the 3rd person to attend to me and 2 people failed to help me but you made sure that i walk away a happy customer, your patience with me, you understanding my frustration is something else. When you called me i was fuming and was not ready to explain the same thing for the 3rd time, you didn't give me an attitude, you calmed me down and took on my case and made sure that it gets resolved. Your feedback, follow up is rare to get from your industry. This morning after receiving my insurance confirmation it was different from what i have initially submitted in September but you managed to explain it all to me, I could tell that you were sick but you insisted and continued to help me further. May God bless you abundantly dear for delivering an outstanding and efficient service. THANK YOU and keep doing the same to other frustrated customers.
