Excellent A-grade service Vodacom 4U Fourways Mall

I have had a Vodacom contract since 2016 and have had quite a few run ins with the pathetic service I got from the call centre all the way to Store staff. For the first time since 2016, I met such amazing people. I met Elsie and her colleague (didn't take her name sorry) at Vodacom 4U in Fourways Mall. These ladies are superstars. Not only are they friendly but sell everything they can sell to you. They know their product and almost made me buy all the accessories I can get my hands on. Hahahahaha. Those ladies should be heading stores. They are amazing. My friend who went with me but uses Telkom almost took a contract because of those ladies. ❤️ Please give them a pat on the shoulder and a big bonus. And keep them. Maybe they should be training other store staff because wow.
