After speaking to numerous consuoltants finally found someone who understands the meaning of : ampathy, customer service excellence. I can write a book on our interaction my lady . thank you is not enough for your kindness . the manner in which you received me despite my anger due to previous experiences with your other colleagues. May you always shine and excell in what you do .Customer Service industry especially call centre's need more of your caliber . You are a diamond. God bless you. Even if this doesn't get resolved anymore but you made a positive impact in my life today.
