Exceeding expectations
I had some unresolved issues with my Vodacom account which no one in the customer care centre could resolve and resulted in a lot of frustration. Moenier De Vries, a Vodacom Solutions Expert, called me on 21 July 2019 and within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved and I received the updated statement the next day, as he promised. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciate to Moenier for understating my frustrations and taking action to resolve it immediately. Moenier, you are an absolute star!
