Everything wrong after multiple promises not kept

<p>Account set on debit order, there was no debit order offered on my account, which Vodacom has been doing for more than 5 years already. Account as a result of Vodacom not presenting the debit order my account was then suspended. I then called the call centre, which said they then apologised and said they would put the debit order through on the Friday. Which they didn’t. They on the same date said it would be reactivated within the next hour. By Wednesday with numerous calls then I paid cash as Vodacom did not do as they said they would, both presenting the debit order and not reconnecting me. To make things worse, as mentioned I paid the item cash, then this Friday they set the debit order off after they confirmed the debit order has been cancelled after my cash payment. I am now listed on ITC for your pathetic incompetence. I need a letter to remove my name to fix what isn’t my fault.</p>
