Every month the same thing-NO DATA

This account needs to be sorted out now!! I cannot do this anymore VODACOM!! No data again. I had 1.3 gig which I was supposed to be given every month. I complaint so much since August 2014, there was still no data for every new month. They said they will give me now 2 gig a month for the inconvenience. STILL NO DATA for June 2015. What the hell??? I will now take my 4 accounts and rather go to Cell C. Yesterday when I called the call centre, this lady refused to help me. She said I did not answer my security questions correctly! (which I did) Can you believe this? Useless company with very *********** staff.
