Every excuse not to take your money

My wife & I decide to go from prepaid to new contracts & after much research, start the process with Vodacom. I get approved, but she gets rejected. Yet, she earns more than twice what I earn & have not missed a payment ever in her life. That already annoyed me. Then I try to get hold of someone telephonically. You actually struggle to get to speak to an actual person & when you do, you're told you're at the incorrect department. Then, some more clicking numbers & getting through to no one. Eventually trying again at lunch time, I get through, where I spend around 20 to 25 minutes on the phone. I specifically tell them to only call between 1pm & 1:45pm, as I'm not allowed to be on my phone at work. What time do they call me? 15:58. I'm now canceling the entire process. Companies complain about dipping sales, yet make it as difficult as possible to do business with them. So Vodacom, you have now lost out on 2 new 36 month contracts. Just don't complain about the economy again, because you & your staff are the reason for losing sales & customers.
