Everlasting ********.

When I was applying for my fibre line, I was shopping around, looking for the best deal, the sales guy told me I wouldn’t pay for the prorated data I would use. Mind you, I was serving notice with Afrihost for my LTE service, so me, being excited to experience Fibre, activate my line as soon I could working off the knowledge the first month would be the test drive, according the sales guy. First month, my bill comes in ITS DOUBLE WHAT I AGREED TO BECAUSE O WAS CHARGED PRORATA.

Despite the fact that I pay every month via EFT, Vodacom has been secretly debitting my STUDENT ACCOUNT that doesn’t accept debit orders never mind having an overdraft facility. The account was inactive so I don’t get SMSed about it. I am newly employed, working on being an adult. Can you imagine what a declined debit order EVERY MONTH does to my credit score?

Vodacom, despite not having the authorisation to debit that account, had the gall to charge me a penalty fee for those declined debit and cut my line. I assume I will most likely be paying penalties at my bank as well. They have been nothing but trouble and it kills me that I’m stuck with them for another 6 months before I can move to another ISP.
