Ever tried to get a deal match from Vodacom?? It does not exist!!

<p>Ever trying to cancel your vodacom contract? I've been on the phone 7x 30min each and each and every time they have a story. As it stands its still not canceled. I've even tried to speak to the Team leader (Tshedza Ramavhale) that has not the Guts to speak to me to resolve the issues. I've emailed emailed him and not even responded to the Email. With this service why do you have the audacity to ask why am I cancelling the contract. Don't let them tell you that they can even do a deal match for you as it does not exits!! They keep you waiting so that they can get more money from you.</p>
