Eventually, found an amazing support person at Vodacom

I was unable to make calls from my contract phone. For the whole month of April 2024, I made numerous unsuccessful visits to Vodacom stores and Customer Service calls, but the problem persisted until my last call was answered Lerisher (Stephanie) Martin at the Vodacom Business call centre. She resolved the problem in a few minutes and went the extra mile with a follow-up to confirm I was happy. She is truly a shining example of what Vodacom's customer support should be.
