Even the vodacom agents were giving me the empty promises that they'll help, I really do not know what their problem is

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom since May till todate, they are still debiting my account and I even visited the branch since they were not answering their calls and they called me back and I told them I do not need their contract ... Pls help m stuck
