Even the dead dont get rest from Vodacom.

Its been almost 4 months since I notified you of my mother's death and sent you all the relevant documentation.

I have mailed the following email address on the following dates: ********** ********** **********

14th Feb 14 March 16 March 19 March 25 March 26 March (x2) 15 May 16 May 25th May 28th May

In April 4 calls were made.

The average number of times you try to call her a day- THREE.

Documents sent: Notice of death Executors letter ID of deceased ID of executor Abridged death certificate

Ive also indicated what I want to happen to the account.

I can send my own blood sample too if you'd like.

Wow, finally someone is aware of the complaint... Its only taken 3.5 months. Note that I am by no means bothered by this other than the constant calls. Considering that all the debt allocated to her by you guys happened after her death. You just making more work for your accountants. I have already spoken to 5 of your consultants and not to mention the many times Ive had to supply the same documents to the same email adresses. Heres an idea, Vodacom can literally solve the South African unemployment issue if they actually employed enough people to service the needs of their customers and cut a little of the execs paychecks. #justathought
