Ethics?

I would like to thank Vodacom. Not for the efficiency in things not required to deal with any querying but for the utter waste of time and inconvenience they can prove to be when you do. Unfortunate events where my contract device was ******, theft to be exact, 2 weeks back. The day after I managed to call Voda to report that the phone is ******, I hate to name drop but by the help of a Busie, she sorted matters out.. So I thought. The ITC number she promised took a second agent to send me, if I remembered his name it'd be here to but the lack of enthusiasm when they greet is pathetic, I did not hear his name clearly. ITC ref number is in hand thanks to the 2nd agent, I opened my case with intent to claim from my insurance, back at the flipping ranch! I come to find that after getting a 3rd agent involved, Busie blacklisted the wrong device on my package (a phone and tablet combo) , after confirming the name of the device ****** several times, I even confirmed that with the 2nd agent with obtaining my ITC number, he never picked it up, mind you they both never asked for the IMEI number for the phone until the 3rd agent, so there's that. So I went through the run around like a fool for what could be a small mistake on their end, but on mine a ****** inconvenience from satans ****, seriously. I have to now gladly enjoy adding a 48 hr delay with more tedious costs of backs and forths to unblacklist and only then going to my insurance to claim from. **** is tough for life as we know it, who still wants their time wasted by the cost of others?
