Esther is Excellent

<p>Called Vodacom sales to query an unknown billing on my account. Spoke to Esther who presevered with me and found that it was a mistake and non follow up from a Vodacom Subsidary - EliteMobile, who had never finalised cancelling my contract due to a faulty device. Anyway, Esther at ********** Vodacom sorted it out and now I await the refund. Thumbs up for Esther at Vodacom, Thumbs down for Elite Mobile. </p>
