Esther from Vodacom Clearwater doesn’t know how to treat customers compared to William

So last year August I bought a screen protector from Vodacom under the impression that it has 1 year warranty for peel off. I paid quite a price for a screen protector and thought it must be of good quality considering that screen protectors cost way less than what I paid at some stores. Boy was I wrong. Within a week it was lifting I must have changed it about 4 times before. So now it’s lifting again I decided to go to the Vodacom Clearwater Branch where I bought it to get it exchanged. To my surprise now there’s a new manager who is refusing to replace it citing it has cracked. I explained to her over and over again that it cracked because of the lifting. I know that once the protector lifts it makes it easy for it to be physically damaged. The lady who said her name is Esther told me with so much attitude that she doesn’t believe me that the protector lifted before it was damaged. With so much attitude she told me that she is not going to replace it and she is done with me. I then told her that is so unfair that as a customer I was made to pay for something which is not of quality and the seller who’s is Vodacom refuse to replace according to their policy that was explained to me when I bought it. To be honest I feel so disappointed with what transpired because she even wanted receipt proof that I did replace the screen protector and I told her the people who work there never gave me and I didn’t know I’m supposed to get it. She made me feel like I was taking chances and I’m a **** and *****. I did show proof of 1st purchase. The way I was treated is not the way managers are supposed to treat humans regardless of the amount they spent in their store. I need my screen protector replaced rightful so because it is still under warranty and the lifting made it easy for it to crack.
