I am working on a deceased Estate matter. I have been trying for 5 weeks now to get information out of Vodacom Legal Department about the deceased's phones. The one is to be transferred to his mother and suddenly the airtime etc has all been cancelled without any warning. Their customer service is non- existent!!!!!!!!!!
