Eskom Vodacom useless is useless

In December 2014 I bought a data bundle from Vodacom SA. According to Vodacom adds I thought I bought the following.. ZTE router with 5 G byte data,with 5GB night owl, voucher and a 1T byte hard drive. I have received a ZTE router with something like 2 GB data, a 500 GB hard drive and a voucher. Not a 1 Terra byte Hard drive, no night owl and currently no data at all. Trying to get hold of an intelligent person seems to be impossible. Sending e-mails remains response-less. My next step will have to be to visit customer care in Midrand and throw a tantrum like never heard or seen before.
