Eskom might be better than you.

Poor experience yet again, thank the lord my contract ends in 3months time. Would never suggest vodacom to anyone. The recycled number is still being used by the previous customer ( whom I was informed that they were suspended and it was a legal matter ). Yet this person is still using this number freely. Your service team phone me from a vodacom line to my vodacom line and it was terrible, the line was bad and we even got cut off. Then they tried again and it still did the same ( so much for SA's leading network??).

Fix your lines and fix your recycled numbers issue. It's becoming a major issue and quite an annoying ongoing basis.
