Eskom electricity coupons by vodacom

I bought an electricity coupon which showed that if I pay R39.00 I will get R50 electricity which I found on the vodacom app under vodabuck store on the food & household items.I was provided a number to dial together with the voucher pin which expires after 2 days so the code I was given kept giving me an error after searching for my municipality.when I called vodacom I was told to call Eskom.I called eskom & their respond was that Vodacom has no partnership or whatsoever with Eskom he said I've been ****med by vodacom said the Eskom agent.Which I wouldn't be that much suprised as at the beginning of september 2021 I was told that I have won an entry to win 100k in August 2021 which doesn't make sense.so either vodacom is busy ******** its customer or someone is not sure what their company is selling and another thing vodacom agent seemed to not understand what I was talking about.someone please assist as I lost money between one of this company.I even have proof of both incidents.
