esim not working

I used the simswop from plastic to esim yesterday, added my email address but the mail went to the previous number holders email adres, luckily it is my mother in law. The number was transffered to me 2 years ago at a vodashop. Now I scanned the qr code, it did not want to activate now it shows the qr expired. My simcard is no longer working so I cannot call you and the chat function on the app is useless. Please help me sort this out.
